Meet Amanda

Amanda Almquist joined Willow Therapy Utah as a Patient Care Receptionist, bringing with her more than 11 years of experience in customer service, office management, and client-facing support. From the moment you reach out to our practice, Amanda is here to make sure the experience feels easy, welcoming, and personal.

Over the course of her career, Amanda has worked extensively with clients both in person, over the phone, and via email — developing a strong ability to communicate clearly, compassionately, and effectively with people from all walks of life. She's well-versed in appointment scheduling, patient intake, and the kind of organized, behind-the-scenes coordination that makes a front office run well.

Amanda is also experienced with a wide range of office and data management software, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Docs. Whether she's coordinating your first appointment or following up on a scheduling question, you can count on her to be thorough, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

What sets Amanda apart is her natural ability to connect with others. She's a quick learner, a thoughtful communicator, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team that's working toward something meaningful. We're thrilled to have her as part of the Willow Therapy family.
