Part-Time or Full-Time | $16/hour | Flexible Schedule

Willow Therapy Services is seeking a warm, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our growing team. As a new and expanding therapy practice, we’re looking for someone who can help us create a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and therapists.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Assisting with scheduling and rescheduling client appointments
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with therapists and clients
  • Using our client management system, SimplePractice, to manage administrative tasks
  • Supporting daily office needs and adapting to the varying pace of a growing practice—some days may be busier than others

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (familiarity with SimplePractice is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional, and able to maintain client confidentiality
