Part-Time or Full-Time | $16/hour | Flexible Schedule
Willow Therapy Services is seeking a warm, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our growing team. As a new and expanding therapy practice, we’re looking for someone who can help us create a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and therapists.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails in a timely and compassionate manner
- Assisting with scheduling and rescheduling client appointments
- Communicating clearly and professionally with therapists and clients
- Using our client management system, SimplePractice, to manage administrative tasks
- Supporting daily office needs and adapting to the varying pace of a growing practice—some days may be busier than others
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (familiarity with SimplePractice is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and able to maintain client confidentiality
