Hi, I'm McKenzie Bolen. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are looking for support as they navigate life's challenges and personal growth. Many of the clients I work with are facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, identity questions, or relationship struggles and want a supportive space to better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping.
