Eliza Hibbard is a thoughtful and organized member of our front office team at Willow Therapy Utah. As a Patient Care Receptionist, Eliza helps ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every client — whether they’re calling in, arriving for an appointment, or reaching out with questions.

With over five years of experience in client support and administrative roles, she brings a calm, friendly energy to every interaction. Eliza is especially skilled in scheduling, managing sensitive information, and helping clients feel at ease in fast-paced environments. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach make her an essential part of our support team.

She’s also familiar with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack, helping her stay efficient and connected in both in-person and virtual environments. Whether she’s confirming insurance details, managing calendars, or answering phones, Eliza is always focused on making the process simple and stress-free for those we serve.

Outside of work, Eliza enjoys reading, learning, and bringing her natural kindness into every part of her life.
