Ashley Regulski
Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC)
About Ashley Regulski
Hi, I'm Ashley Regulski, an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor working with teens, adults, and families at Willow Therapy's Pleasant Grove and Orem offices and virtually across Utah. My clinical background centers on individual therapy, and I'm open to working with couples and families as well. I have a genuine love for working with adolescents and find that therapeutic work with teens is some of the most meaningful I do.
My approach is deeply person-centered at its core — I believe therapy works best when it's built around who you actually are, not a standardized formula. That means I start by getting to know you: your story, your strengths, and what you're hoping life could look like on the other side of this. I bring warmth, genuine curiosity, and a strong commitment to creating a space where you feel heard rather than managed or judged.
I've worked with clients across a wide range of concerns — anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief — and I draw on CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy alongside my person-centered foundation. I adapt my approach to fit you, choosing methods that match where you are and what you need rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework.
I'm completing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo and bring direct clinical internship experience from individual counseling settings in the Salt Lake area. Whatever is bringing you to therapy, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
