Ruthann Dredge joined Willow Therapy Utah as a Patient Care Receptionist, bringing with her a genuine warmth and a deep appreciation for the power of human connection. Whether you're calling in for the first time or managing an existing appointment, Ruthann is here to make the process easy and welcoming.
Her background in phone-based patient support gave her hands-on experience with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and working with a variety of software systems — skills she brings directly to her role at Willow Therapy. She's comfortable managing a busy front office and has a natural ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with people from all walks of life.
Before joining our team, Ruthann spent time in community service and direct care roles that strengthened her patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others. Those experiences shaped who she is and how she shows up for every client she interacts with.
