How to Verify Your Benefits

Before starting therapy, we recommend verifying your coverage with your insurance provider. You can call the number on the back of your card and ask:

  • Do I have mental health or behavioral health coverage?

  • Are telehealth therapy sessions covered?

  • Do I need to meet a deductible before coverage begins?

  • What will my co-pay or coinsurance be per session?

We’re also happy to help with this process or provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if needed.

Why Use In-Network Insurance?

  • Lower cost per session

  • No need to submit reimbursement forms yourself

  • Therapy can often be more frequent and consistent

  • Ideal for individuals, couples, families, and teens

  • Often covers both in-person and online sessions

Making Therapy More Accessible Through Insurance

we understand that starting therapy is a courageous step—and figuring out how to pay for it shouldn’t be a barrier. That’s why we’ve partnered with insurance providers to offer in-network coverage whenever possible. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, we want therapy to be something you can say “yes” to without financial stress. Our team is happy to answer your questions, walk you through the paperwork, and ensure that you’re fully informed before your first session. We believe mental health care should be within reach, and using your insurance is just one way we help make that happen.
