Hannah Wolverton
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
About Hannah Wolverton
Hi, I'm Hannah Wolverton. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most challenging moments with compassion, evidence-based care, and a focus on healing and growth.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, including PTSD, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and sexual trauma. I'm passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, and I'm committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care for all my clients.
In addition to trauma work, I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, couples issues, sexual intimacy, postpartum adjustment, and burnout. I also work with adolescents (14+), adults, and couples facing conflict patterns, communication problems, attachment wounds, and divorce or separation adjustment.
My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, EFT-informed therapy, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and values-based work. I believe in meeting you where you are and tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals.
Whether you're working through trauma, navigating relationship challenges, struggling with self-worth or identity, or seeking support for life transitions, I'm here to help you find healing, build resilience, and create the life you want.
